Meet Erik Wright

I didn't build my real estate business the traditional way. When I started, I skipped the cold calls and door knocking. Instead, I picked up my phone, started posting, and showed people what it actually looks like to buy and sell a home in Southeast Michigan. That audience grew into a client base, and that client base grew into one of the top 150 real estate businesses in Southeast Michigan, built almost entirely through social media.

That experience became the blueprint for Social House Real Estate Group. I founded Social House on a simple belief: real estate should feel like working with a friend who happens to be an expert, and great marketing shouldn't be reserved for luxury listings. Today, Social House has more than 50 agents, offices in Plymouth, Belleville and Auburn Hills, over $600 million in sales, and a social media audience that reaches more than 4 million people every month.

As founder and managing broker, I still work directly with buyers and sellers, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Every home I list gets paid, targeted Facebook and Instagram advertising, professional photography and video, and exposure to that 4 million-person audience. I don't wait for buyers to find your home. I put it in front of them. For buyers, I bring the same energy to finding the right home, negotiating hard, and making a stressful process feel simple.

I work with clients across Southeast Michigan, including Birmingham, Plymouth, Canton, Northville, Novi, South Lyon, Livonia, Brighton and Milford, and Social House is expanding into the DeWitt and Lansing area. Local roots matter to me. Along with Social House, I run Social House News, which shares positive stories from communities across Southeast Michigan. My wife owns ToneIt Pilates in Northville, so supporting local businesses is personal for our family.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me on the golf course, in the gym, or at home in Birmingham with my wife and our two dogs, Noodle and Summer. We also have a baby girl on the way.
